That is similar to The Korean War. The Secretary of State drew a line around the globe and stated the US would fight for freedom in those countries. He omitted South Korea. All of his life Stalin thought we suckered him into that war (by proxy, except for Russian pilots, who shot down our boys).

Ron Paul may make more sense when he elaborates, but not in any speech I've heard him give. Nice fella, but out of touch with reality.

I agree that Huckleberry has a talent for fighting the dirtiest game in town and making folks think he was the one who was attacked. However, he has to stop lying about the "bookcase" in the background of his speech. It was lit up to look like a cross and, with the professionalism of the photography, it strains credibility to say "that was only an accident." You can go to hell for lying same as you can for stealing, Huck. <G>
