Dick Durbin from Illinois was on a news show last night, saying he had no regrets in the pork barrel er...earmarks that he obtained for his state. Why? For the good of the people, or did he take this position for the good of his campaign? Politicians justify their irresponsibility because they know it keeps getting them elected. He is but one example of our elected officials digger the hole deeper... Add all that and you see how America's in debt way, way over our heads by more than $100 trillion. We've been living way beyond our means for too long.
