Snowy, I think if somebody proposed importing millions of said Bangladeshis to do the software programming and airliner flying, that would put the value of a citizenship down a long way.

I think a NZ citizenship is probably worth only US$1million, not US$2 million.

Yes, people would have to not sell their citizenship then find they can only afford a Zimbabwean citizenship. People silly enough to do that would raise the value of NZ as they would be removed from the population, thereby raising the average intelligence of both countries and ironically enhancing the value of both.
