Whatever, I just think it may now be in a sweet spot with all the cable and phone companies rolling out their bundled packages of internet, TV and voice...

Took a second look at it - this may be one where the Cramer effect did not create the initial pump but there may be some follow through. I'm probably going to grab some shares here pre-market. It's trading about 16.65-16.70.

The offering takes at least half to get rid of an old convertible. So there is dilution, no doubt, but given the business demand, the knock down may be overdone.

If Cramer does a follow through, to get the egg off his face, he could push it to 20's alone.

The beginning of the show was a plug for Vz and the CEO. Funny how nobody liked Vz 18 months ago when I was buying. Had a big fight with my broker friend I throw a few bones to here and there. Now everyone in his office loves Vz.

Piggybacking Verizon

A company that should benefit from Verizon's pin action is ADC Telecom (ADCT - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr - Rating), Cramer told viewers.

He said the company makes broadband network equipment that handles Internet, voice, data and video connections for telecom and cable industries. The upside now is that it is generating a lot of revenue from wireless sales and fiber-connectivity.

Cramer said he was previously reluctant to get behind ADC Telecom because the spending cycle for its products was erratic, but that's not true any more. In fact, now that there is a TV war ensuing between cable and telecom companies, ADC Telecom stands to gain because it is supplying both sides with equipment.

ADC Telecom recently reported a huge quarter because of high fiber-connectivity sales, he added. Plus, with its 10% long-term growth rate and a balance sheet that's "pretty good," Cramer believes it has more room to grow.
