When Kern wrote that, he hadn't evidently heard that Clinton had lied again, and that GHWB had already said publicly that no such trip had been planned, and would not happen. Message 24145804 I honestly believe that the American image would be brightened if we could keep the backbiting, naysayers of the Left at home, or at least with duct tape on their mouths if the are turned loose on the world. I mean really....Jim McDermott to Iraq to see Saddam....Patty Murray (both of them from WA, unfortunately) off to see the wizard wherever she thinks the wizard is), Kucinich and his buddies shooting their lips off to whatever tinhorn dictator would listen, know-nada Pelosi off to Iran without a concern that she represents the US (ALL of the citizens of the US, and not just a few of her pets with money), and the rest of the cast of the Star Wars FarOut Bar.....All of whom are so petty and have such BDS that they really don't care about America. To me, these folks personify the Ugly American, and it's no wonder that some of the World's citizens show their distaste of Americans. Who wouldn't, if these are the only people who show America's Ugly Side of Humanity. We need to send out some sensible Americans...ones who actually contribute to America AND to the world's peoples.
