Thanks for the info. We know the UBS people. They gave the loan to ARRS for the acquisition. They have the best of intentions.

The downgrade actually is a modest upgrade because the stock is below $10 and projected to be $11, soon. But, then this is a January effect stock; so the market makers are telegraphing each other to see how the May 2008 price projection might be in their market making strategy(block accumulation and spoon fed lot distribution)?

It will largely depend on revenue streams opening in China and India, or even Russia and Brazil? Universal EdgeQam will revolutionize government owned telephone companies for triple play, and can save money for older cable operators, here and abroad, to run copper networks?

Who knows what fortunes ARRS may bring, but they do have a good long term plan.

UBS changed their mind this week upgrading ARRS to BUY.
They downgraded on 12/18. What changed?
