I don't think the militias offer any links to information about their revenue streams.

It does seem to be known that a certain portion of Iraq's oil production has a habit of being diverted into the "black market". I would think that since the militias are extremely strong in the Basra area and that most oil passes through there, that they would be getting a pretty good cut of the proceeds.
