Nice to see the merger approved. For the first time in awhile it did look like some real buying was taking place earlier this morning. So far though, the volume is low enough that the shorts can handle it easily. The big boys will take some time, if ever, to decide whether or not to get involved with the expanded SPSN. Still, very good news.

Woerns, I still think that the decline of the shares is business-related, not merger-related.
