Many of our systemic views are clear in the article to which this is a reply. The details surrounding current market conditions are in part directly attributable to the underlying assumptions of the hedge community. Even though there is diversity in the plans and tactics, the large degree of sameness of the varied funds, speaks to one thing....inertia.

Inertia, as we well know is a symptom of accumulated bets, inertia becomes the prevailing condition when sameness bumps into the reality of supply as a relative constant.

Hedge Objectives cant be met, when a state of inertia emerges in any particular security. We see zone 1's in this state routinely as ownership; has not responded to the tactical programs intent. oila inertia.

In the absence of regulation of tactical programs to fundamental security issuance law, supply and demand is disconnected.

The suspension of first principle law in favor of aims of systems operating under a flawed understanding, that all other owners of any given security, might not capitulate to program goals, speaks to the ill construction of an applied theory, thereby reducing the potential of a given program, from one which was designed for yield, to one which actually delivers losses, not gains. .

its becoming clearer by the day........

Having read and presumably understood these two pieces what % of the market do you now see as being systemic.......Hmmmm?
