yes, and fund it too. most of that drug crop is being distributed to eu.. makes sense they put more effort into it. We screwed the Afghan pooch in many ways much like we did in Iraq. In Afghan, we had impressive early wins, but failed to exploit them properly. That failure has made the endgame much more difficult than necessary. Seems like everyone forgot about a key strength of insurgents. They know how to reproduce themselves and initiate that capability prior to initiating hostilities. We are fighting nothing less than a sophisticated, well-trained, well-financed, and intelligent foe. And we continuously underestimate him.
