IMR management are liars...not even good ones at that....if Joe Grosso were to tell you that it was raining...you would want to be outside to make sure...

the SEC and US shareholders may have some issues with IMR and the board, since IMA filed with the SEC and is registered to trade in the USA....ask Conrad Black about US enforcement of Security laws....

which US law firm will be first across the line with the class action and dibs on that $26mm treasury?
