Thanks for the info. Gem......interesting. When and if he/she walks among us, there are naturally going to be non-believers in the Jewish faith. Does this mean the so called Messiah will be followed by a new offshoot of Judaism (a la Christianity)? We will have history repeating itself until someone comes along that all Jews deem to be the "one".

It is interesting to note that the Messiah is expected to be a mortal person who, through his charisma, background and power, proves himself to be the actual redeemer. < so instead of the walk over the Pond, DOW Jones hits 100,000?
