The rally accomplished the goal. Call interest
for December qqqq 51 strike is higher than put interest.
Somehow this options stuff drives the NAS-100 a lot more
than it does SPX or DOW. I remember playing 100-point
NDX options expiration rallies in 2002-2003. That was a bear
