Stick with IT, Lizzie, and don't make a fool of yourself discussing auto issues about which you are clueless. we have had higher cafe standards for years You most certainly have not. CAFE (corporate average fuel economy) standards are, and have always been, 50 state federal. What CA has had is stricter emission standards, which, until recently, has resulted in CA vehicles getting lower MPG than federal emission cars. I wouldnt mind cutting off detroit from this state and selling only toyota and Tesla/Electric. Thats what most of the state wants. Don't get away from SV much, do you? LOL!! nobody really cares if BMWs and Mercedes go goodbye, but I doubt they will, because unlike detroit they can adapt. Hee, hee, hee... Riiiight. Wahtever you say, I'm done here...
