I've been in upper management of companies that are being targeted for acquisition, or were about to disclose legal issues and other announcements. All of them without exception, took into account the vacation plans for anyone involved with these important issues.

It seems to me that the FIGA and the other current issues would have been important enough for this company to take into consideration possible delay factors like vacation, as well as the potential impact on the share price as the end of the year tax-selling took place at the same time.

It's just hard to believe that the execs of this company are sitting back and feeling as impotent to do anything about this SP as we feel. Unless they have nothing but bad news to deliver, they should be planning the release of the news in a manner designed to let everyone know this company is healthy and viable. That doesn't seem to be in the cards at this point.
