If the new President thinks he needs someone in his administration who knows the nitty-gritty of appropriations work on the Hill, knows how to bang heads together over there to get stuff included in bills and then passed... then Hunter becomes an obvious choice (in some capacity. Legislative Affairs, V.P., something.)
