I think hi-end demand's not all that great, they've just had an orgy of high rise condo building (at Tempe Town Lakes) which will provide overhead supply for years. The high end market in the Phoenix Metro area is primarily in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, with a few smatterings in other locales. And generally, the high end market is what's falling fastest now (after holding up longer than most everything else for the first 12 months of the crash).
