right but the point I am trying to make is this argument that the blue states are somehow hypocritical wrt conservation is incorrect. You know how many people have a 4500sq ft house on the coasts? That will cost you 3.5 million here and taxes of over 4K/mo. The big consumers of this are the inland states not the states who want these emission standards. Nobody not even millionaires have a 4500 sq ft house here. the property costs of the coasts right there mean there is less consumption here.
