Why is he not in court? He was indicted in June. Too bad he's black. White Democrats are protected better - they can drive drunk, run prostitution rings, kill young women. I see.....more of your speculation. Assuming Pelosi had something to do with it, when did it become against the law for a mother to get her son a job? Do you think fake high-paying jobs are a sign of a political payoff? You would if Pelosi were a Republican. Be careful......that's how swiftboating starts. I exaggerated nothing. Kennedy did kill a young woman. I don't know for certain whether it was cold-blooded murder or only manslaughter, he still killed her. And either way, he should have done prison time. Okay. You weren't there so you don't know whether it was cold blooded or not. However, you do think he should have served prison time when he was not found guilty of a crime? Yes, I know and you know too that even manslaughter gets you prison time. Of course he wasn't even charged with that. Do you see how silly you sound? You want Kennedy to get jail time for manslaughter even though he wasn't charged with manslaughter because you feel that he did commit manslaughter. Are you a frustrated wannabee attorney? Though thats what it was. And you know this how? ------------------- We both know anyone else in Kennedy's position would have done time. It seems to me that in some instances, its harder for someone in the public eye to get fair accounting. I don't know whether that was true or not for Kennedy but it strikes me as amazing that you continue to bring it up after 30 years. You need to let go. If Kennedy is guilty of a crime, then he has paid for that crime......the universe has its own ways of imposing punishment.
