DOD is moving towards 700,000 civilian employees. That is nearly 200,000 more than the US Army.

Interesting, I did not know that. Perhaps RP would consider a reduction of personnel within that department as opposed to complete elimination. Hmmm, less government equals better government.

I wonder which other candidate would even consider such an opportunity?
