Force a what you consider a solidly decent wage and benefits package for unskilled workers If they can't live on it, then its not "decent"> and you'll just put many of them out of a job. Then do something to help them....retrain them.....but to ignore the problem increases the homelessness and crime in this country. Nothing dubious about that its just basic economics. If you were that concerned about basic econ., you would show greater concern over the large increase in the debt under Bush.
