It's NOT speculatory. They know how much oil they pump out and how much oil gets shipped and the numbers don't match. There's nothing speculatory about that. Are you seriously trying to say that there isn't any GRAFT in Iraq? Maybe you could explain where the Billions of CASH that we sent over there disappeared to???? The Bush Administration put guys over there to run things based on PARTY AFFILIATION without regard to experience, knowledge or anything else. And don't tell me THAT'S speculatory....
