Re: liquidity -- haven't tried to refi lately (they can't beat 5.25%) but still getting lots of refi offers and credit card offers in the mail, kids, too. The shredder is getting full.

And I hear plenty of refi commercials on the radio. Don't watch enough network TV to know if the DiTech man is still flogging loans. Is he?
