Comes from Sao Francisco river a Nissei my friend told me. It used to grow nothing until some crazy guys went there and decided to plant fruits since they discovered the fruit in that ground were better than anyone one grown in the south or anywhere else.

They are making wine in a land no one would think about planting grapes. Boy, that one is bad! But they say one day they will get the right stuff.

Now government want to blast a mountain and send the river Sao Francisco water their way.
