My colleague in London/Antwerp thought that money is more an expression of emotion than intellect. I hadn't thought about it, but he was right. Hence, intelligent people can blow through it and get big problems [as a habit, not just due to bad luck though they might call it that], and dull people can be financially stable [if at a low level as it does take some brains to get into the big heaps].
