Arkansas is still primarily rural. It has a small manufacturing base, and that means well paying jobs aren't in high supply.

It's full of people like Harris? I don't know - he lives there, ask him. I've only been there one time, camping at Hot Springs as a child. I thought the place was great! Nice woods.
