The law in Michigan assumes that home invaders are armed. Burden of proof is on the other side to prove that I knew and believed that they were not armed.

I seriously expected rounds to be coming back at me.

In that situation, you fire while advancing. You add a few screams at the same time. Stuff like "When I find you I'm gonna kill you." That way they think the devil has come to make his claim on their souls.

One guy said (police reported) "I ran and I ran until I got to Trinkley road" which is more than a mile away.

The other two hid in a field and watched my car headlights.

The guy that got shot was left to call 911 and ask for police help.

All three, as quickly as they could, yelled "he got weed he got weed."

cops put me in jail and let them run free (except for the one in the hospital)
