I'm especially awed by the lavish spending programs proposed by fellow Arkansan, "Tax Hike Mike". They surely enjoy spending money they don't have down there. .

Same problem in our country... except that they seem to manage to finance it by cutting costs somewhere else, every time, and they have avoided to lower the tax significantly, so that we still have a surplus, and are debt free.
