Even the Clinton bubble was based on tax cuts. The Clinton real estate bubble was caused by his home capital gain tax cuts. It was not.....there was a bubble in LA, SFO and San Diego long before Clinton's capital gain tax cut. The bubble then spread to the cities most effected by CA......Phoenix, Las Vegas, SLC etc. The only really new addition was Florida........and that state is starting to run out of room and water.....at least in the southern and central portions of the state where the boom occurred.
