Nope. Their purchases were a false rumour. They are not buying, not by TIC data. It's da Brits and da Caymans. Sell 'em to themselves -g- Tick average also sucks, by the way. I think the PPT is lacking cash, we've seen too many large down days lately. Those are not normally allowed. -g- Da rally was caused by da Fed again. Shortly after 25 bp. cut did not work, they came in with another hilo injection. Who said this one will work, if all their other laborous activity didn't? -g-
