Your critic is right on the point. My problem is, that I don't have the documentation available to fully document my points, at hand. However, most west European countries are fighting obesity and inactivity in order to avoid an explosion in health costs and decrease in productivity. Maybe you're right, that U.S. health costs are not that easy to measure, but I would be really surprised if obese Americans should be much different than obese Europeans.
