a post-manufacturing world

I read an article-don't remember posting it-that pointed out the main reason for our jump in prosperity the last 30 years was due to our dramatic increase in successfully DISTRIBUTING stuff. Wal Mart being the prime example. This has driven down the cost of stuff to the average person.

The Core and gap countries aren't even close to us in success in this field.

Plus, even with the shifts in product made, we are still growing every year in total stuff manufactured.

I was thinking of this today as UPS delivered a B&D "Scumbuster" Scrubber to me to make it easier to clean up this joint. $51 delivered. As I examined it, I was amazed at what I got for my money.

Let's see if it's easier to scrub out a tub and tile with.
