I have no idea why it go so few recommendations so far [everyone away for Xmas?] My sentiments precisely. But as you know, I like to disagree. It's not so much a disagreement as an addendum. I am reminded of a nature film of two large seals fighting for primacy on a beach on the edge of the water somewhere in the Arctic area. One suddenly turned and ran and the other thought he was the champion. But he was facing the wrong way because behind him, and the real source of concern, was a very large and obviously hungry killer whale, renamed 'orca' lately because "killer whale" is not a cute and cuddly name though those cute orcas chew out the very huge tongues of gray whales and leave them to die and I have seen them play throw the baby with a baby seal, which survived the enthusiastic throwing and was pushed back up onto the beach afterwards to return to momma to report his story - those guys are NOT nice. So yes, there is financial carnage in the making [and already made for plenty of people]. Meanwhile, cyberspace is growing like crazy and will consume all, replacing humans as the main sentient being on Earth. Humans will be like the baby seal - a plaything useful for fun and food at some stage after munching on the others. Okay, it's not a good analogy because cyberspace/humans is a symbiotic relationship rather than a predatorial relationship, but you can be sure that plenty of humans will feel more like cattle to be milked, or sheep to be fleeced, while being kept fenced in a paddock free to eat grass or walk as far as the fence. Some people who work in cubicles [a rather small paddock in which a zoo would not be allowed to keep large primates all day long] might already feel a bit like they are on the wrong side of the symbiotic relationship. I have seen a video of an irate man attacking his computer and throwing it in rage a few years ago. The biggest over-arching theme of all, of which the derivatives, gold, oil, food, fleets of vehicles, share prices and cash in the bank are mere subsets is the continued Biotelecosmictechdot.com revolution which had a crunch nearly a decade ago but has not slowed It 's progress. While fighting the battles with the other seals for primacy over gold, oil, food, houses, land, mating rights, keep an eye over your shoulder on what It is doing and thinking. Mqurice
