I ended up not making the pie Oral. I wanted to try Rudi's sweet potato souffle, and thought that was enough sweet potato for one meal. My sister insisted on bringing the dessert too, which was fine by me since I had been doing a lot of cooking and one more person chipping in and supplying a course was ok by me. The souffle was really good with the ham we cooked. We also had green bean casserole, rosemary potatoes and several different mustards and relishes, and crescent rolls. And then this weird pudding/cream cheese/ whipped cream pie thing for dessert. Hope you all have a prosperous New Year. Happy 2008!
