Corps job is to fight for every nickel of profits within the law. Your job is to make the laws, not change corporate culture which as served us so well. Dont get so upset when i say you have socialist tendencies. We all do but we cant allow them to muck up the economy. What would you choose---an immediate end to global warming or a full fledged depression. You gotta always be thinking in those terms in order to fend off disasters, present or future.

Whether you believe CO2 emission have anything to do with GW or not, reducing them is a good thing.

You just lost me completely. If CO2 has nothing to do with GW, then it is a trace atmospheric gas that is necessary for the support of plant life. CO2 is plant food, not pollution. Increasing it helps agriculture.
