Well Mr. John Q A Whole what constitutes a "true crisis?" When you are bleeding to death, in horrible pain, need surgery or other medical care who's going to help you ?--some redneck who has the 'knowledge, supplies and skills' by going out and purchasing guns and ammo or someone in the medical field who has actually spent decades studying, practicing and giving up their personal life so that their skills could be appreciated by many?
