You know Congressman Gonzales Dem from Texas (he retired in like 96) when the dems ruled for 40 years wouldn't even let repubs into his committee meetings. When ask why he said, they are the minority, they don't have the votes to do anything, so why should they be allowed in. You need to read a history book, instead of that feel good propaganda your union public school teachers ingrained in you.
