Yes, it is a horrible experience moving a house you've lived in for 28 years. We too have a large attic and it was full. We did all our own packing to save money, took us two months and we still are busy right up to the final day. If you ever do it, and if you can afford it, I highely recommend you let the movers do all the packing and unpacking. That would remove a lot of headaches. Didnt take the computer down as may have to use it tomorrow to make reservations at a motel. jdn
