<<and she is the world's worst packrat.>>

Opposite of my wife. It's old so it's dirty and it's tossed out. Books from the 1860s went into the trash.

Gawd, I know what its like to be married to a pack rat, I am too. I had to buy a 4,000 sf home, not because we need that much to LIVE IN but because they have no attics or basements in these SouthWestern style homes we needed it for STORAGE.
My wife and I have been married 28 years and we have argued more in past two months then in the previous 28 years of marraige. If it were up to me I'd toss anything we hadnt used for a year, figuring if not used for that long its never gonna be used, but not her. Its been like pulling teeth for everything I gave or tossed away. jdn

She finally took what she wanted and sold it "as is." That was a year ago when the market was still good in California.

I hope she appreciates her good fortune with the timing.
