here"s a new one. I put in a day order im my fidelity account and they executed it the following day. the symbol was edvmf and its traded on the toronto exchange as edv.to. now it turns out that fidelity funnels all orders for canadian stocks even if there is an f on the end to canada. since the canadian market was closed yesterday they funneled it today and it was executed this am. So if you have an account with fidelity and are buying a security ending in f that also trades in canada be forwarned.
