We have had the lowest interest rates, the lowest down payments, and the lowest mortgage qualification criteria since WWII. Everyone I know who wanted to buy has bought.

The weakest point now imo is rentals. The landlords are fighting for the worst of the worst tenants. All the good tenants are now owners.

I agree. And I will not bet against the entire US economy. I plan to invest in some real estate next year. I am looking for arable land with water upwind from nuclear facilities.
