That's my point Nadine. You continue to call the majority "alarmists" and word your posts as if the minority "skeptics" are correct. I will side with the majority as I'm not a climate scientist. What is your rationale for being a minority skeptic? Is it your political ideology that forces you to that camp? <<The Euro politicians could happily sign onto Kyoto and mouth the GW words whether they believed it or not>> This is such a typical American response....they're all out to get big bad America! Jeez...... The Euros are actually making a concerted effort to reduce emissions by virtue of incentives to switch to alternative energies. Wind and solar are making huge strides in Europe.....this is not just a political ploy over there Nadine, these guys are serious. Have you been over there recently or have you ever even been there? <<nobody would pay much attention when they failed to actually reduce emissions as promised.>> This is where you're so wrong. The green movement in Europe is so much more powerful than it is here. Their representation in government is significant enough to the point that these goals can no longer be lip service. Its happening today as we speak (or write).....
