Yes, very interesting. How much have we spent in Iraq thus far? $650B with another $80B appropriated for the coming year? How much have we increased Pentagon and DOD spending in the last 7 years? From $350B/year at the end of Clinton's Presidency to $550B/year now? And what do we have to show for it? Osama bin Laden is still out there. The Taliban are still attacking Afghanistan. Iraq is still a mess.
