Just sign on the dotted line and immediately get a homeowners loan for the maximum amount. Use this money to make your payments while waiting for the house to double in price then sell it. If it didn't work out then just walk away as they are now doing. Why build a fence on our Southern border when in a few years we will be as corrupt as Mexico. Ronbo
