Spread capital is not stealing. It is capital moving accoridng to natural laws.

There's no 'me' nor 'you'. It is a point in space. IT is totally obvious that a country with 5% penetration is a magnet for capital while a country with 144% penetration is expelling capital.

It is the law of the big numbers. No matter how much you put in a highly developed country the system no longer responds to the injection of capital

Thus capital moves to the place where a little injection of capital produces an huge response.
