While I send the academic admiration to you. I had a roomie in EE and he did math problems that made my head spin.

As for current research - I am sure it is going on - but I am not aware of any immenent break throughs.

Our company has a group into this stuff in the UK. They indicated O2 fueled combustion might be a way to make capture easier. They thought nukes were the way to go.

The French have shown the way on the virtues of nukes. The French are politically obtuse - but they are good engineers.

you may have some of the characteristics of a marxist but your move to the USA has done you good Mike. Best of both worlds with a totally open mind. Guys like bob and kyrosi are not luddites and you pick up on that quickly while other greenies go after them as if they were the enemy.

Regarding what we were talking about privately about the plight of polar bears, it seems that a czech scientist was genetically engineering polar bears to both shrink them in size, and give them the disposition of your ordinary lab. First clones due in March so go adopt a bear. No not true, just pulling your leg.
