That is the sort of nonsense you are pushing. It is nonsense. It is somewhat nice to consistently see that everyone bashing AGW is clueless about science. We have never had a scientifically knowledgeable poster on this board who was a denier of AGW.

Ya got that right. America is 17th in science literacy. Saw a letter to ed in ?Newsweek saying we needed to build one science HS in every congressional district in the country. Good idea.

My little Mall Rat (soph, Cal), told me her classes for next semester. Since her bro pushed her, and I silently hoped for, alt en/enviro sci, she naturally is thinking psych into biz school. To get into psych requires A's in 2 molecular and cell bio classes. Didn't tell me the hard one; the EZ is genetics and immunology.
So many applicants for psych they use classroom Darwinism. I do not think I would survive. I'm glad I'm retiring instead of starting.

I'm sure you can't see Ohms law of electrical resistance in Maxwells equations of electromagnetism either. Does this mean that you think electrical conduction is somehow in a different branch of science from electromagnetism?

Electricity is a form of energy which can be converted to heat. The First law of Thermodynamics applies. So by your definition then both electrical conduction and electromagnetism are a branch of thermodynamics.

The fact that heat transfer was a different topic in Wikipedia ought to be a clue.
