Remember.....Case Shiller only looks at 20 markets. Their percentage numbers were bigger when the market was going up and now they are bigger as the market goes down.

I was a little disappointed the Tampa market fell from #1 to #2 worst market. I mean if it's going to be that bad, you might as well get the distinction of being #1.

I can imagine the heartbreak. With time, you will fell better.
