People who have not saved up capital are very motivated to tell people with capital that their very survival depends on "spreading their capital" to those who have not saved. If they don't tell that story, it would be a very similar story. This is to be expected. But very few owners of capital believe this sales pitch or similar fairy tales - which is why they have capital. People who believe they need capital should save it up, out of those luxuriant profits the are promising to those with capital. These same promoters know they can't eat promises of riches, but they can make a very tasty meal out of capital, which is why they have so little of it. .
