Pakistan far to risky a place to have nukes. Perhaps there should be a period of martial law with nukes being spirited out of the country. India can pledge no first use and offer to negotiate a kashmir settlement. If Pak falls to pak-cia and/or al queda/taliban it spells big trouble for the US and big trouble for world peace. It also increases the possilibility of the use of nuke weapons by the crazies.
